Your RADIUS server will be stopped, but your data will remain intact. If later you decide to subscribe to a plan, your server will be instantly reactivated.

Yes. You can add as many NAS devices and users as you need — we don’t impose hard caps. Your plan is only limited by the resources included (vCPU, RAM, and database size)

And the number of online users depends on your router’s capacity. The “Online Users” count in your dashboard is an estimate based on database activity, and we don’t limit it.

• Logins & Authentication: Each user login consumes CPU and RAM. More simultaneous logins = higher load.
  • Hotspot: Moderate resource usage
  • DHCP: High resource usage
  • PPPoE: High resource usage
  • 802.1X: Very high resource usage
• Accounting Updates: Every accounting packet is written to the database. Shorter update intervals (e.g., every 1–5 minutes) create a much heavier load than longer intervals (e.g., every 30–60 minutes). The more aggressive the accounting frequency, the more CPU, RAM, and storage resources it consumes.

You can customize the accounting update interval during internet profile creation.

Each plan includes fixed resources (vCPU, RAM, and database size). If these limits are reached, your service may experience slowdowns or interruptions:

• RAM full: The system may stop working due to Out-of-Memory protection.
• CPU maxed out: Performance slows down (e.g. WiFi logins might take 5–10 seconds) until usage decreases.
• Database storage full: New accounting data cannot be saved, which can affect some services.

To avoid this, we recommend upgrading your resources once usage reaches 80–90% to ensure smooth and uninterrupted service. You can monitor your resource usage in your admin menu.

• Performance: With 0.02 vCPU & 128 MB RAM, the system can handle approximately 2,000 logins per day (with accounting updates every 30 minutes), and double it up to 4,000 logins per day if accounting is limited to login and logout events only.
• Storage: 1 GB database can hold up to ~1,000,000 WiFi vouchers and ~1 year of session history logs.

We also provide automatic cleanup tools to help you remove expired data and keep storage remain available.
