Service Description

Our Platform

We provide a Software-as-a-Service platform for RADIUS server management, network authentication, and internet access control for businesses worldwide including offices, cafes, restaurants, schools, universities, and internet service providers.

Technology Provider Only

IMPORTANT: We are a technology platform provider only. We do NOT:

• Provide internet or telecommunications services
• Act as an Internet Service Provider (ISP)
• Hold telecommunications licenses in any jurisdiction
• Provide legal advice regarding regulatory compliance
• Take responsibility for your business operations or legal compliance

Your Responsibilities

Legal Compliance

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring your operations comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• Obtaining all required licenses, permits, and regulatory approvals for your business
• Understanding and following telecommunications and internet regulations in your country
• Implementing content filtering and data protection measures as required by local law
• All relationships and obligations with your end users
• All billing, customer service, and dispute resolution activities

Business Authorization

Before operating internet services using our platform, you must:

• Research legal requirements in your jurisdiction
• Obtain necessary business licenses and permits
• Secure telecommunications/ISP authorizations if required
• Maintain valid authorizations throughout service use
• Comply with local content and data protection regulations

Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use our Service for:

• Illegal Activities – Any illegal activities under applicable law
• Unauthorized Services – Providing internet services without proper legal authorization
• Regulatory Violations – Activities violating telecommunications or internet regulations
• Malicious Activities – Distributing malware or facilitating cyberattacks
• IP Violations – Copyright infringement or intellectual property violations
• Illegal Content – Facilitating access to illegal content
• Platform Abuse – Circumventing security measures or platform abuse

Account Termination
